"Got help really quickly"
So... I needed help with an issue and they got back to me really fast. Everything was sorted out without any hassle, which I really appreciated.

"Fair price and a solid flight"
I booked through etihad and the fare seemed reasonable. For what I paid, the flight felt worth it and everything went smoothly enough. No major issues, if the price is fair and the trip gets you there comfortably, that’s what matters to me.

"Etihad WiFi was okay, but a bit patchy"
Flew with Etihad and gave the WiFi a try during the flight. It connected easily at the start, but then it kept slowing down and cutting out here and there. For basic messages it was fine, but trying to load pages or check email got a little frustrating. Not terrible or anything, I just thought it would be a bit more reliable for what you pay. You know, that whole thing could’ve been smoother

"Decent flight, but the baggage situation was frustrating"
The flight itself was fine, no real complaints there. But the baggage handling was messy. I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for my suitcase, and when it finally came out, it had a small scratch on it. I asked the staff about it, but they kind of brushed it off and said it happens sometimes, which made me feel a bit pressured to just accept it and move on. Not the worst experience ever, but I expected better from etihad.

"Flexible, but what's with the fees??"
I like how flexible it is overall, and it’s been convenient to use. But the fees are kind of annoying?? They add up more than I expected, which takes away from an otherwise good experience.

My flight ended up getting cancelled and then delayed, which was... not exactly how I wanted the day to go. But Etihad did keep me updated, and they sorted the rebooking quickly. Not a perfect experience by any means, but the support was decent, so...

I called Etihad after realizing I’d booked the wrong date. Totally my mistake. The agent was calm, didn’t make it a big deal, and just helped me fix it. Nice and simple. Wait time wasn’t bad either, which helped. Happy with how it went

"Refund went smoother than I expected"
I had to cancel my flight and ended up requesting a refund through etihad. The form was straightforward, and I got email updates along the way, which was reassuring. I was a bit worried it might take ages, but the money came back sooner than I expected. Overall, it went fine for me.

I booked through etihad and the flight itself was fine. Nothing really bad to say about onboard experience. But the punctuality was just average. My outbound flight left about 40 minutes late, and an updates were a bit slow, which made it more annoying. The return flight was on time though, so it wasn’t all bad. I’d maybe use them again, but a delays made the trip feel more tiring than it needed to be.

"Helpful and Kind Airport Staff"
I had a really good experience with the Etihad airport staff. They helped me quickly with my bags and boarding, and everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind. It made the whole trip feel much less stressful, and I really appreciated knowing I was in good hands.

"pretty solid loyalty program"
i’ve been using etihad Guest for a while now, it’s been a good experience overall. the points usually show up quickly after my flights, and I was able to use them for an upgrade without much trouble. the website is simple enough for checking my balance and tier status too. it’s not perfect every single time, but compared to a few other airline programs I’ve tried, it’s definitely been better. 5 stars from me.

"Nice and straightforward booking"
Booked through etihad.com and it was painless. I kept expecting some extra charge to pop up at the end, because that happens so often, but the fare stayed clear the whole way through. Taxes, baggage, seat costs, all of it was shown before I paid, which made it way easier to actually compare the options without second-guessing everything. I just picked what made sense for me and checked out. Smooth enough that I didn’t really have to think about it too much, which is kind of all I want when booking a flight.

"Comfortable and Easy Trip"

It’s not awful, but compared to other similar ones I’ve tried, my legs started getting sore quickly. I was hoping it would be a bit more comfortable for longer use. It’s okay, just not my favorite compared to the competition.

"Payment Eventually Went Through"
The payment did end up working in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but it definitely took me a few tries before it finally went through. At first I thought maybe I had entered something wrong or missed a step, but after trying again a couple of times, it eventually processed successfully. It wasn’t a huge issue, just a little bit annoying in the moment because I expected it to be quicker and smoother

"Etihad Actually Made the Flight Go By Fast"
Flew with Etihad last week and, annoyingly, I have to give them credit because the inflight entertainment was way better than I expected. There were loads of movies and TV shows, including a few newer ones I hadn’t gotten around to watching yet. The screen was easy to use and didn’t freeze once, which feels rare on long flights. I’d brought my tablet thinking I’d need it, but nope, Etihad basically made me carry it for nothing. Flight felt shorter than it was, so yeah, nice job etihad. I’d fly with them again.
